Since 1973, Micro-Matics has provided comprehensive Manufacturing services to clients across the country – from engineering support to Swiss machining, logistics, and inventory management. We’re also one of the largest Escomatic manufacturers in the Midwest, allowing us to provide precision components quickly with ultra-tight tolerances quickly and efficiently. Our expert team has over 30 years of experience producing a wide range of custom components, including contacts, pins, ground shafts, semiconductors, rivets, screws, and spacers. From our in-house design team all the way to our production-floor workers, each member of our teams strives to provide timely and respectful customer service while remaining transparent and communicative.
Unlike some other precision manufacturers, Micro-Matics invests in our people as well as our equipment. We encourage our entire staff to deepen their understanding of their craft by engaging in continual training, supplementary education, and progressive management. As a result, many of our people have been with the company for over 15 years!
At Micro-Matics, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to make a career in the machining industry. We work with educational institutions of all levels – including high schools, technical colleges, and graduate programs – to promote interesting machining, secure the future of the industry, and spread awareness of opportunities and benefits. In our own facility, we support continuing education, scholarship, tuition reimbursement, and internship programs for our team, with special emphasis on young women looking to break into machining and engineering.
