Established by the International Organization for Standards (ISO), the ISO 9001 certification is awarded to companies whose Quality Management System (QMS) reaches certain standards, including product quality and organizational efficiency. By achieving this certification, Micro-Matics’ ensures the parts we produce meet or exceed client expectations.

A specialized certification used in the aerospace industry, the AS 9100D system builds on the foundation of the ISO 9001 certification by adding additional stringent requirements for product safety, reliability, and adherence to federal regulations. Achieving this certification allows the Micro-Matics team to work with the largest and most prestigious aerospace companies in the industry.

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are a set of regulations governing the manufacture and distribution of arms for the military and defense industry. According to US law, all companies that manufacture defense articles or components for defense articles must be ITAR registered and compliant with all federal mandates therein. As a manufacturer of various precision components for the defense industry, Micro-Matics is proud to be 100% ITAR compliant.

The ISO 13485 certification is specially designed to meet the needs of the medical device industry. In addition to the QMS standards outlined in the ISO 9001 certification, the ISO 13485 system includes standards for risk management, traceability, recall, legal compliance, and product improvement. When lives are on the line, Micro-Matics’ partners in the medical industry know they can trust us with their most important projects.
